LASE Laser Application and Staff Educational (LASE) Development Our laser missions are to help our clients design and build the right lasers for their application, and empower their staff. We deliver laser performance, analytical and staff development services and solutions to both the laser manufacturing and application industry. Identifying the correct wavelength and power alone is not sufficient for a laser application. Over a dozen parameters affect the performance of a laser to varying degrees and most of them in subtle ways.
